The Vow House is a boutique elopement and micro-wedding experience nestled on a historic California ranch in Murrieta, California, where golden light filters through ancient eucalyptus trees and 20 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds set the stage. Blending heirloom elegance with the raw beauty of nature, we create intimate, all-inclusive celebrations for couples who seek meaning over spectacle. From rustically refined settings and western-style building fronts to wildflower-laced bouquets and thoughtful personal touches, every detail is curated to feel timeless, romantic, and deeply personal.

The Process of Booking

We invite you to share your ideas and details for your elopement or micro wedding. To get started, simply click on "Contact Us" to fill out the form, or send an email to sayyes@thevowhouse.co. Once we receive your information, you can expect to hear from us within 24 hours. If you would like to schedule a site visit, we will coordinate that with you promptly.

We will carefully review your requests and prepare a formal proposal for your consideration. Once everything is agreed upon, we will draft a final contract for your review, which can be returned digitally along with your deposit. Once received, your date will be secured, and we will begin planning your special day.

Throughout the planning process, we will keep in touch regarding flower selections, chosen vendors, and more, using phone, text and/or email communication. Our team will be readily available to address any questions or concerns you may have, ensuring that all details are managed meticulously.

Two weeks prior to your wedding or elopement, we will send a detailed timeline for your special day. This timeline will outline your event, providing you with a clear picture of what to expect. All event details will be included, what time to arrive, where to park, go over any add-ons, etc. and the final balance payment will be due at this time.

On your wedding day, your coordinator will be available for you via text or by phone. When you arrive to the venue, your coordinator will meet with you, go over your finalized schedule, guide you where to go and introduce you to your officiant and photographer so your special day can begin!
